Ice Cap lighting?!?

HI I,m a newbie to this hobby and BB. I was hoping that some one could help me with a lighting ?.
I bought an used 105g set up from a friend who was moving. I want to know if i have ample lighting for the tank (5 ft long) I plan on having fish and live rock mostly(maybe a few corals). I have heard of people using red lights in the a.m but also using purples then turning on day light bulbs. What should I do??
Also I dont know how too tell the watts?? or how to messure the power of the bulbs.
Here is what I have:
2 Ice Cap ballasts (modle660)
2 bulbs with the #'s
FR40T12/Atinic White
R323
2 bulbs with the #'s
FR40T12/Super Atinic/VHO 1
R234
Can some one please help me

the 660 ballast will run up to3 five foot long bulbs each. With the way it is set up now you have 560 watts wich is enough to support live rock and corals. You even have the ability to upgrade by just adding more end caps bringing you to 840 watts. That is more than enough for sps and clams. Also ice cap ballast (660) will put out 440 watts of light and only use 260 watts of electricity. Some people will say there are better light sources but if your tank is less than 30 inche deep they are the way to go,and they won the stoney coral challeng two years in row. they beat pc and metal halide.

The two blubs you listed are also fine for corals. The bulbs do need to be replaced every year. I would ask how old the ones you have are.

Thank You Reef Keeper!!
My tank is only 24in deep so I guess the Ice Caps are my best options (considering I aaaaall ready have the Ballast). I'm not sure how old the bulbs are but i allready need to replace one of each bulbs they broke on me. Now what about running a red bulb??
Should I? My hood is currently wired so that two bulbs are on each ballast.
Any more suggestions would be appreciateed :D

red lights are mostly for night viewing as most fish can't see in that spectrum.
Don't use the ICECAP for the red as it would be a waste of a great ballast, use a regular flo ballast and a cheap light.
