I just e-mailed them again as seen below and waiting on an answer. Just wanted to protect other reefers. This service is very poor.
I have been without this ballast for over two months now and would like an update. I spent good money for this ballast and have not been able to use it. I usually get interest on my money and feel this is real unfair. Please let me know what the status is and when I should expect the replacement. Terry

We received it but due to some problems with the past production model, we do not have any in stock and do not expect any for 6-8 weeks. Any updates give Andy a call at 1-800-742-3227 ext 11 after 3:00 EST.
