Ice Cap T5 ballast?

right around 60 according to Ice Cap. The lamp will play a small part in determining how many watts will get pushed through it. Make sure you use a couple fans to blow air across the lamp ends/endcaps.

You know they have 60" T5 retrofit kits?
Much better choice for a 125. Do a search for reefgeek and give them a call. Use their brand reflectors which are 2 1/2 inches wide allowing you to have 6 lamps over the tank.
The local reef club measured PAR at the sandbed of a 24" tall tank with a 6 x 80 watt (60" lamps) and got PAR in the 340's. That is enough for anything you want to grow including clams.

You have to call geek for their brand reflectors. I've done par readings on them and they are great. Ice Cap doesn't make a 60" reflector. The Ice Cap retro comes with a Tek reflector
