Ice Cap vs PFO vs E-Ballast

I am shopping for halides right now and was wondering what the opinions are on these three ballasts. Is one better then another, advantages or disadvantages. Is there one that has more versatility for bulbs. Any info would be greatly apreciated. Thanks,

thats what im trying to find out too but from what i have read ICECAP is on the A team. I just want to know what one puts out more PAr on a 10k xm bulb?
