Cheaper than an external chiller but are they as efficient? Worries me as to having to cut 1 and 1/4 inch hole in the tank. But they say it will cool the tank enough.
You can mount it above the tank without having to drill your tank. As to how well they work I can't say. I looked into buying one, but never actually did.
