Icecap 660

I am building a light system for my tank and I am going to use Four 48" 110 Watt VHO bulbs, Is the Icecap 660 the way to go or is there something better out there? also with the PC lights I already have (4X65 watts) it would give me a total of 8.75 watts per gal. (80 Gal tank) Is that amount of light correct? I am going to use it for a Reef tank when I am ready, I'm still reading and learning and trying to get everything together and the bugs worked out before I "Dive" in.
Thanks T
P.S. I would go with Metal Halide but most of this stuff was given to me by someone that is getting out of the hobby. :)

I like icecap balasts. Don't have any yet but will be buying some soon. From what I have read they seen to be the best IMHO. You can use the solar dimmer too which is really cool.

Plato, I haven't heard anything about a solar dimmer, what do you know??
I have two Ice Cap 660's and I can't say anything bad about them they are great :D They are easy to wire up and every one I talk to think thay are great too. I would recomend them too

The dimmer is a pretty expensive option, but it is a programable timer that will slowly dim the lights up to full intensity. Then at a predetermined time slowly dim them till they are off. This is to simulate sunrise/sunset...I also agree that the Icecap is the best out there.
