ich and eels??

here is my question can eels get ick?? the reason im asking this is because i just had a major ick out break and lost a few fish. i was wondering if i put my eel that was not in that tank will he get it? also would the ick stay in the tank(as a host but not effect the eel?) but when i add a new fish,the fish would then get it??? im sure i know the answer to this but i just want to make sure!! hope i made sense here... thx in advance!

ditto what terry says....
I've seen very few morays show clinical signs of ich, especially when the rest of the tank is all positive. So i would suspect they harbor ich.
