ich confusion

I'm reaaly confused about when I add fish to my main tank. It seems as though everytime I add new fish to my tank, they get ich and I have a huge outbreak. I leave the fish in quarentine for 2 weeks and everything looks great, eating, etc. Then I add the fish to the main tank and within 3 days they show signs of ich. I have a 200 gallon semi-reef and I just currently added 3 b&w and they all show signs of ich. It is almost impossible catching fish in that tank, I have over 200 lbs of rock and coral. Any suggestions?

what is the possiblity to use copper and hypo all at once? I noticed to ich today and finally after 3 hours of trying to catch the last b&w, I'm afraid there isn't much time for the last one. It looks the worst. Everyone is still eating, but the ich has progressed greatly on the smaller of the b&w. How fast will the hypo start helping? Since, it takes 48 hrs to lower the the right sg.
