ich gone?

I had ich in my tank, at least I'm pretty sure I did and I had one of my clowns die from it. I had been waiting for my quarantine tank to cycle before I could put the remaining fish in there but now it looks like the ich is gone. I don't see any white spots on either of them. Can this happen? Should I still quarantine them anyways? I'm not sure what to do because it looks as though there are no more salt grains on either of them (occelaris clown, royal gramma). There's only just a tiny spot on the clown left from the lymphocytis he had for about 8 weeks.
My royal gramma is still scratching against everything though, not sure if this is a normal gramma thing or not, but I don't see any spots on him.

I would quarantine them still. Ich have a free-swimming phase in which they drop off the host and multiply. They will then reattach themselves to the host, but this time there will be many more parasites.
