My fish got ich and im treating it but is ich attack the best stuff out there? Also Will my cleaner shrimp help the fish get rid of it?

Im not sure which is the best. Usually the saltwater Maradel stuff works well though.

You should post this on the disease board. My understanding is hyposalinity is the best treament. You should not put "snake oils" in you display tank but should treat the fish in a QT tank. SOme folks may advise to use copper...I don't. I have not had an outbreak of ich for years, so I am not up to date on the latest stuff available.

LOOK INTO MELAFIX!!!!!!!!!! It fixes everything, and you cud add it directly to your main tank
