Just lost my last fish to ich, all I have is hermit crab LRLS. This is a 25 eclipse, which I want to make a QT. Want to move hermit LRLS to 70 Gall. tank which has been up for 1 wk. Is this ok,or could the ich follow the hermit and LRLS? Thanks to all and to the person that answered my first post.

There is no problem in moving the hermit crab. The lr has a incredibly small chance of carrying the ich, but I would not worry about it. If the ich does transfer with the lr it would be like winning the lottery, in a bad way.

Even so, would it matter? I don't think he has fish in the larger aquarium yet as its only been up for a wk....as long as fish was not added in either aquarium for a month?

Thanks to all who replied. Yes, you were in time, thank you all very much. I do have 3 fish in the 70gal. as of today sun. tank up since last sun. all readings are perfect ph, amonia, nitrite, and nitrate.
I added in to the tank this past tuesday the 10th a 48 hr.cycle product made by tropical science, so far so good I will keep you posted.Just found a tropical science marine max as a disease prevention. I just tried it today , will let you know how it works. From what I understand these products are new.

Thanks Terry B. So to understand, leave the LR,and LS with the hermit in the 25gal. for 1 mth. Then I can move all to the 70gal. and keep the 25 eclipse as a QT. with a bare bottom. Thanks to all you have been extremely helpful.
