ich how do i get rid of it??

i have two tangs one powder brown and one yellow a maroon clown and a royal gramma also 2 skunk cleaner shimp and anemone all my fish have signs of ich except for the yellow tang he is the only one that will let the shimp pick at him. i just changed my tank from a hex to a 55gal is this from stress?? is there something that i can put in the water to get rid of this that would be safe for everything like live rock ect.?? what shuld i do??
please help me

teh only reliable way that is also safe for inverts and lr, IS to quarentine and then use hyposalinity
no meds are reliable and safe, preach them all, the only safe ones are NOT 100% reliable
copper and hypo are the only 2 reliable methods,and neither is inverrt or lr safe
