ICH - Hypo All or Not?

Hi everyone. I have 3 fish that keep getting white spots but the rest don't show any signs of it. I have a QT set up with the DT water (i am assuming that i don't have to cycle). My question is it necesary to Hypo all the fish or just the ones that get the spots? I am obviously looking for a long term solution to this problem, but i dont want to put 7 fish in my 33G QT if it is not required. I would appreciate any insight on this. THANKS

All fish have been exposed. They all need to be treated. Hyposalinity is the best option. Do you have a refractometer?

Thanks for the reply. I guess i will have to solve this problem once and for all. So if i do hypo properly and QT my fish before putting in the DT, i should NEVER see ich again right? hehe i hope..... BTW I have one of those salinity readers that float in the water.
thanks again for the help

You will need a refractometer to perform hyposalinity properly. This site sells an excellent one for $39.99

I agree. Treat all and get a refractometer. Could mean the difference between life and death for all your fish.
