ICH in HYPO, how long until Tang's Spots should go away?

I guess the subject line kindof says what I'm looking for.
My tang and other fish have been in "HYPO" status for 3 days now.
When should I be noticing less spots?
I do notice that the spots are not very white, but he still has bumps on him.

Hyposalinity does not kill off the stage of the parasite which is attached to the fish (trophont). These usually fall off on their own within 5-7 days.
