Ich.... Oh man....

Well I got it.
Anybody try No-ich or Probiotic Marine formula? It says it's good in a reef. I heard kick-ich doesn't work.
I bought two cleaner shimp and I started to soak their food in garlic. I read that in a reef their are enough scavengers to rid of the problem, but I really don't believe it.
I would try hyposalinity but I only have a 10 gallon tank.
I have 2 tangs, a cardnal, a clown and a royal gramma.
Could I do it in my refugia? It holds 25 gallons. Is it true ich could stay dormant for 3-4 months? What would happen if I cured the fish and it comes back because I did the hypo in the refug?
Any other options?
Please help!

How are you going to do hypo in a refugium? What's in it? Isn't it connected to your tank?
I wouldn't use any meds in my reef tank. This could be a good time to set up a QT.

Beth,
Yes it is connected. But it can easily be disconnected. I would try it in there only because I don't think my 5 fish would get along to well in my 10 gallon tank. They would be cramped in the 5-6 weeks for hypo.
I have 1" of sand, home-made rock and caulupra in there. I can take all that out if need be. I just don't want to re-introduce the ich back to the tank.
I suppose I could put the tangs in the 10 gal and the other fish in a 5 gal bucket. Would that work?
Would it only introduce ich back to the main tank if I did hypo in the refug?
I would hate to to meds in my reef, and I always said that, But these claim to be reef safe.
Is their another route I could take?
Thanks for the reply.
