Ich on Clown Trigger

I have read several post about ich and i am a little confused. The Clown trigger only has spots on the fins not the body. I have read post that say the trigger may fight it off, and to wait and see if it gets worse or better.I have also read post that say do do hypo. i don't have another tank set up. I am feeding garlic.

what size is the fish? most larger clown triggers can fight off ich by themselves. the garlic is usually a better preventative than a cure. definatly go with hypo immediatly though. good luck
