yes if kept inside a tank with ick-infested fish. the chance of most corals carrying the parasites is very low though.

get on perhaps (ich only attaches to hard surfaces so it would be the external skeleton of LPS corals or the rock/base corals are attached to). become a host/infected, NO. theres only a short window in the lifecycle when ich attaches to hard surfaces before multiplying and re-entering the water column.
