Ich problem

I have a Humbug Damsel that has Ich. I have a treatment tank set up but I can't get him out of the display tank. He keeps hiding in the rock. Is there a way to stun him of lure him into the net? This is my first Ich problem. Or is it safe to use ich medicince that says it is safe for aquarium plants with live rock in the tank? I did a ~10% water change last week and all water levels are in the norm.

Try placing some brine shrimp inside a fishnet and try to coax him into going after it. Once he is in the net after the shrimp, scoop him up. It's not 100% but it worked for me. Them damsels can be a nightmare to catch, hope you catch him :)

Okay I got him out although I had to remove all the rock in the tank to do it. How long should I leave him in the qt tank, the medication says 3 days then wait to see if all the spots are gone and if not start over. Is that the right procedure, that seems to be what I've read about Ich treatment.
