Ich Question

Here is my situation,
My Blue tang got afairly bad infestation of ich and my bicolor angel had a few spots. So I got these two out and setup a hospital tank. I put some medication (tablets reccommended by LFS). Well its been a couple days and has cleaned up, I think. So how long will it be before I can put them in the main tank again? or do I have to get all the fish out as they are acting as a host?
Never had ich before. So any help will be very helpful.

If he is in a hospital tank I would leave him for a week or so even though he looks well.

It is possible that all your fish have been infected. Once one fish gets ich then it doesn't take long at all for all the rest of the fish to get it. The ich will remain in the tank as long as there is a host. Keep a close eye on all your fish.

What ever the LFS gave you, it certainly sounds all wrong. Hyposalinity is the correct treatment for ich. You can also use copper treatment, but copper is a toxic substance and is unnecessary for ich treatment since hypo works so well.
I'd suggest you perform hypo on all your fish.
