ich what to do

Ok so just after losing all my fish to a chemical mishap, I got three new fish, a clown and two dwarf angels. They all now have these little white spots all over them that are multiplying by the minute. I am assuming that this is ich. I know that everyone says that hypo is the best treatment but I was wondering of any alternatives ( I have been lucky to this point and never had to deal with this before) The situation is I have got so much rock work and live coral that it is near impossible to catch a fish because they have too many places to hide unless you tear everything down. With the corals still trying to rebound from the disaster I am trying not to disrupt things too much, I dont want to lose them. My cleaner shrimp are so disinterested in helping these fish at all but I think at this point even if they found the motivation they would not be able to do much about it. Is garlic a viable treatment, and if so, how would you add garlic to the food? Are there any other options. I would love to QT them but as I said, I am nervous about overly disturbing this environment at this point.

Garlic may help, but I would not use it as a cure for the problem.
Hypo or Copper treatment really work best for ICH.
You really should invest in a QT tank and QT all new new fish.

If you have a strickly FO tank, you can do hypo in the main tank. If you have any live rock, inverts, macros, etc., then you can't do the hypo in the tank.
There are no other viable treatments except hypo and copper.
