Ich!!!!

I think I might have ich, they are all over my glass, little tiny bugs they look like, but white in color, if it is, I will be so pissed off!!!

You don't have ich! Only the trophont phase (when the cryptocaryon parasite is attached to the fish) is visible. When this drops off the fish it goes into your substrate. It does not attach to glass.
If the bugs move they are only pods. If they don't move they are probably spiorbidae worms. Both of these are entirely beneficial.
Ich will look like salt grains stuck on the sides of the fish. If you are worried about ich, you should consider establishing a quarantine tank. These should be considered mandatory for saltwater tanks.

Thank you very much, I didn't know about that phase, I thought for sure I had ich, but they are little tiny bugs, there must be thousands of them and they do move around.
If you say they are beneficial then that is good.
