I think my tank has an ich. Is it ok if let my anemones in the tank?

yes. Ich will not affect them at all nor will it affect any inverts that I am aware of (there may be some exceptions).

i forgot to mention that i have a 1 damsel survivor. And i just saw a white spots on him. What should i do with the damsel & how long would it take to cure the ich? is there any medicine i can use for help? thanks!

If you just noticed the spot, try soaking all foods in garlic before feeding. Do a search on this board for "garlic", there is a bunch of posts on how to do this.
