I bought a clownfish a couple weeks ago and today I started seeing some white spots on him. My first thought is to treat him for ich, is there any treatment you guys would recommend? And if I put the treatment in the water, will it damage either of my 2 snails or my 2 shrimp, that’s all I have in the tank. He means a lot to me and I want to get him treated ASAP. Please let me know, thanks!

You have to quarantine EVERYTHING bro. I think that unless you medicate them, you're just rolling the dice. Ick isn't something you can always see. There's fish that carry them but are hardy enough to not become plagued by them. When you put them into your main display, they're going to colonize the aquarium or add to the pre-existing colony.

Yes, you will need a qurantine to treat if this ich (and it does sound like it is). All fish will require treatment.
