Ich

I think I might have ich on a couple fish, not sure, whitish looking dots and my clownfish is like gasping for air on top of tank. I have invertabrae's. Any good ideas on how to get rid of it, I heard of a garlic solution? Can you use regular table garlic?

you need to go to the desease and treatment board they can help you.
from what I understand about saltwater ich if you do a freshwater dip it will kill the parasite. I'm not sure what meds to use but I think you must remove all the fish from your show tank into a hospital tank for a period of time to break the ich cycle
just my opinion

I have had a 125 g reef tank for 5 years. I started out a fish only 40g, rushed a bit and the tank was full of ick. I looked a many boards amd manufactures who all suggest about the same. What I found that work really well even with my shrimps and corals (I'm still suprised) is a relatively new product from Kent Marine called Rx P. It is a parasite treatment that uses hot peppers etc. so it is reef safe. (somewhat read the instructions!) In one board a wholesaler said he could see the ick drop off the fish if he added a few drops to the bags the fish were in. It worked well for me.
