Ick all the time??

I read a post about fish having ick all the time but it only breaks out when they are stressed. Is this true or not?

Yes ich is present at all times in fish and when the fish becomes stressed or something then that brings the ich out, Least thats what I've heard. Well if I'm wrong a shark will tell you otherwise.
