ICK? and Lighting?

What is the recommended TIME of light for saltwater fish???
Also, have ich and seams to be worse in the morning when all lights have been trurned off for the night...
Ich will actually go away throught the day?????

Ich will appear to go away but don't be fulled. It is still there.
9 hours of lights is a general good amt of time for most aquariums.
