Ick around mouth of clown

Hi,
I got a clown with ich around his mouth and it is getting really bad. I bought a medicine for it that I have been dipping him in nightly. Any good ideas on what I should do? What is the best way to get rid of this?

You will most likely be wasting your time and money. If you have a FO tank, [FISH ONLY] do a hypo.
