Ick on Clownfish

I treated my clown with Cupramine and the ick went away after a couple weeks....all of sudden on sat. the ick showed up again while it was in the the Qt tank with the cupramine.
How did the Ick show up again? and what should I do....
And I also noticed that Clown fish a very prone to getting Ick, why is that

Well, you likely did not follow the copper procedure correctly. Cupramaine needs to be maintained at .4 to .5 using the Seachem [which is compatible with Cupramaine] test kit. This copper level is maintained for 3 weeks.
What test kit are you using and did you go the whole course? Do you have a refractometer?
