You will have to remove the fish from the tank. Is it the only fish you have? You should have put the fish in quarantine, now the entire display is contaminated and the ONLY way to get rid of the parasite is to remove all fish from the display and keep it empty of fish for 8 weeks. You could remove all the rock, and inverts to a tub with an airline, no stone. Then treat the display with hypo...keep the inverts in the tub for 8 weeks to be certain the parasite is dead and you don't re-introduce it back into the display.
Just removing the one fish to a hospital tank for treatment. Leaving the others in the tank will not do anything but stress the fish out. As soon as you introduce it back into the system it will again contract the parasite that is now in the display, poised to wipe out the healthy remaining fish by sheer numbers..
You can't treat the display with live rock and inverts, it will kill them and the "safe" treatments that is sold in LFSs don't work. The parasite will naturally APPEAR to drop off and die, but it's only a stage of the parasites life cycle, and it will return with a vengeance in greater numbers and wipe out the other fish.
