Ick or a natural marking?

There is a white circle on the rear fin of my GS Maroon Clown. It is only on the left side. I got the little guy from this site on Thursday and he has always had the mark. It is about 1/16 inch or larger. There are no other spots and no spots on any of the other fish.
To me it appears to be a natural marking. What to you think?

That looks to be a natural marking.

Is it just a part of the skin? Or is it protruding, growing? Clowns really change colors as juveniles. If it is just skin with no irregularities, I wouldn't worry about it.

After asking the silly clown to please hold still several times nand he wouldn't - you know how juveniles can be - they never listen to adults
I appears to be very cimetrical as in round and part of the skin. Really hard to tell with him (her) moving all the time. I think I'll just keep a close eye on it and feed garlic soak food for a few days.
Any other advice?

I don't think you have anything to really worry about, but keeping an eye out is a good idea.
