Ick predicament

Just noticed that all my fish have a form of Ick ( 5" dogface puffer, 5" Yellow tang, 2.5" Niger trigger, 4" Koran Angel"). They are in a 145 FOWLR. Yet, I have a qaurantine tank, that is 37 gallons. I was thinking of moving all the fish to the 37 gallon and treating with some medicine. If I do mediacte all fish in small QT, how long should I wait to place them back in 145 to let the ick die? Does anyone have a better solution? WHat is the best ick meds?

Eh, the 37 is a bit small for those 4 fish. You could try it, but that may be even more stressful. If you QT them, you would need to keep them in QT for about a month for the ich to die off. I would not medicate in the QT, but do a hypo salinity on them. That will be more effective and less stressful.
What I would probably do in your situation is start using Stop Parasite, and dose all of their foods with garlic and vitamins. It will not totally kill the ich, but at least it will help the fish cure themselves and build a stronger immune system and speed up their metabolism.
Ultimately, you need to figure out what is causing the fish to have a weakened immune system. Start by posting your levels. Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, kH, salinity, and temperature.
Do you have live rock?
How long has this tank been running?
