Ick Purple Tang Reef Tank Manderin Blennie?

I noticed my purple tang had some white spots. I started feeding more garlic with food and seweed.
My question I am concerned about my manderin in the tank who is living on 80 lbs of live rock.
I am afraid I will loose him if I put him in hypo without his pods.
The other question I have is my lawnmower blenny he eats algae in the rocks etc.
In hypo there is nothing except the food you feed them.
The only one that is showing signs of ick is the purple tang.
I have been reading you have to remove all fish in the display tank for hypo since the display is a reef tank.
Please give me some information on the other fish that do not show any signs at this time that I am concerned with.
manderin
lawnmower blenny
six-line wrasse
cinnamon clown.
I have inverts in the tank including starfish and two cleaner shrimp.
I don't know what to do about the lawnmower blennie and the manderin?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I've seen garlic save some fish before. I've also seen ick kill a tank over night. If the mandarin doesn't have any spots then treat just the tang. But you also run the risk of regiving ick to the tang cause it hung out on the manderin. Its really a judgement call....

I appreciate your feedback.
I was planning on doing hypo on the purple tang and the cinnamon clown only.
When the 3 weeks is up I won't be introducing them back into the reef tank.
I feel you should stay away from tangs especially with a tank under 55 gal. My tank is a 46 bow.
I believe I should of not listened to the aquarium salesman. He said that the purple tang would be fine in my tank.
I believe the tang came down with it when my power was out for awaile last weekend, and the temperature went up to 86 degrees in the tank.
I have another question what would happen after 30 days I decide to add another clown in the reef tank. There would be no clown in there at that time. Could he pick up the ick from the existing fish left in it? Say manderin, lawnmower blennie or six line? Is ick always in the water, no matter what? It shows up in fish when there is a change in the temperature or when they are stressed out.
Feedback Appreciated!

How do I treat the manderin I noticed some spots on him tonight.
How do you keep him alive in hypo without his pods?
Has anyone heard of feeding him Zooplanton or phytoplanton.
He will have to go into hypo tomorrow when I set up the hospital tank with the rest of the fish.
Please Reply With Help For Food For My Manderin In Hypo.
Thanks.
