ICK question

If I remove all my fish from the Q tank that has parasite ick, is the parasite will die even the SG at 1.009??

Have you been treating your fish with hyposalinity? What exactly is going on? Your posts are not clear.
In the absence of fish, any tank will clear of ick within 4-6 wks.

I have not treating my fish w/hyposalinity yet. Let's me make it clear. I have some dragon wrasses and a Sailfin, Singapore tang. The sailfin and tang have ick but the wrasses is fine. I know my water has ick. Shouldn't I remove all the fish to hospital tank or just move the sailfin and tang. And the ick will be died off if the SG at 1.022 with no fish in it??
