ick reef tank

180gal. reef set up 400lbs+live rock and coral,so removing fish is next to impossible. Many inverts and molluscs.Been fighting this outbreak for two months and loosing miserably.Presently using Kick ick meds and feeding fish with Garlic extreme so far this is not working. 40% of fish are presently affected and completely covered. Their days are limited and I dont want to lose anything else. I am not running any filtration right now ,water parameters are perfect across the board and temp is 76deg. I need suggestions on other meds, should I raise temp

You're not running filtration? What does that mean.
There is no effective treatment for ich in an established reef tank. If you're willing to remove all the LR and inverts, then you can hypo your tank with the fish in it. Otherwise, the fish will just have to suffer the disease and likely all die.
Sorry. This is why quarantine is so necessary.
