Is there something you can do on say a weekly or everyday time frame to prevent this disease. or a certain cleaner fish that will help out alot.

All you really have to do is QT your fish for a month before ever putting them in your tank. And, if you see any ich while the fish is in QT, then do hyposalinity.
There is no weekly medication to prevent ich. Yes, you can add biological cleaners to your tank...they may help out, they may not.

You may want to try keeping your salinity down to about 1.018 if you have a fish only system. This helps with the parasites.
