I think I have my first case, MY dog face puffer has a white, spotted like film on him, and looks like its getting on his eyes too. What do I do?

Please give more details about the problem. A "film" does not imply to me "ick". Ick looks like salt was sprikled on the fish. Are you actually seeing a white film, the salt-like specs, or both?
What kind of tank setup do you have? Other fish in tank? Do you have a hospital tank? Did you resently add a new fish to the tank?
