my clown fish and damsel have had ick now for about 1 wk. I gave them 2 freshwater dips and got a cleaner shrimp, which I thought was helping, but they still have it.........bad.
What is my next step?

First put this thread in the disease forum where Terry or Beth will find it quicker.
Give info on your setup and water parameters.
I will bet that hypo salinity will be the recommendation.
Do a search on ich and a zillion posts will come up for you to take info from.
