Purity, where do you click on them at, they arent in the submit threads menu?

Do you have do anything special to get them or when you become a member is it one of those things you click yes or no to be able to use.

It sais yes on use smilies but when I submit my threads it only shows that I can use the basic smilies. Did you have to download them from a different site or have you always been able to use them?
