this one is soft with small tentacals coming out.
it sometimes shrinks up and blows itself up?

Yes. I need a better pic then, maybe w/ the tentacles extended more

added some additional pics maybe this will help
so its a soft coral and seem to blow itself in a little ball when feeding to expand to this again when done I guess.

I think Spanko is right. Can you get a pic of what it looks like when it balloons at feeding?
