Its possible but it could also be a sebae or LTA. How much did you pay for it? Its a tad bleached, Hows your lighting?
 
i only bought him 2 days ago.. It was that colour when i bought it with the dark red foot. Any more votes? is it a seaba or bta????

Its a BTA. Definately with the inflated tenticles, I take back my previous post.
He is very bleached (unhealthy).

With the first pic, that column is a dead riniger for a Heteractis malu, or sebae anemone, but the more bleached looking and "bubbled" tips of the other might suggest BTA, however it looks as though there are way to many tentacles for it to be a BTA.
My Vote is Heteractis malu/Sebae
