ID Disease!!

I have an Ocellaris Clown that I have had a couple of weeks.. Everything was fine until now. He seems to have what looks like an open wound right below his dorsal fin.. And also above his bottom fin and back fin.. Any Idea what this could be and if so what do I do to treat it..

I know now it is ich.. He has broke out in little white spots and is staying at the bottom of the tank.. It has hit him pretty hard.. I dont have a smaller tank at the moment and I can not treat in my show tanks.. (corals and other creatures) I fear my only alternative is to FW dip him.... How long should the dip last, what water temp etc.. Please Help... and as quickly as possible...
