ID help!

ok so i havent gotten a pic because my cam is charging but idk if ill be able to get one any wayyss. so
on one piece of LR i notices several spots where there are little arms coming out. they are clearish white and are pretty thin. there are about 5 spots with them that ive seen. they stretch out and pull stuff in to eat from what it looks like. some have one lil arm thing and others have like 4 or 5. they strech to like 1.5inches is the longest ive seen so far. there is one on the sand next to the rock and it looks like the arms are connected to a tiny pink blob. when i shine the flashlight on them they retract.
i only have pc lighting so idk if its photosynthesis or not...but maybe if yeal can post pics i can maybe spot it ...thanks

Sounds like a spaghetti worm... I don't have a pic of one though :-(

^ yeahh i looked at those and they might be it. its either that or a spionid worm i think??
they seem to be collecting sand pieces and are building a lil shelter thing

Spionids only have to "arms" a piece.
This is a spionid....

^ i believe thats it. they are making the stick out of sand. maybe the ones i see with multiple arms are just multiple worms.
are they anything i should be worried about??

No, they are very interesting critters. Mine weren't hitchhikers but given to me by a friend.
