ID Hitchiker in my new Live Rock

I am in the middle of my cycle and this guy came out today. When he comes out all the way it looks like the arms/fingers/tenticles are on the end of a white tube or cup. The cup is approx. 1" - 1 1/2" and the about the same at the ??? mouth/top/fingers. If you get close to him he retracts back in as far as he can. Is this a good guy or a bad guy???

you got to get that out now, if you dont, before you know it you will have a tank with an infestation on your hands. try to take the rock out and scrape it off with a razor blade, make sure you get it all or it will regenerate. You could also use something like joes juice or aiptasia x. Im still gettging rid of my aiptasia after a year.

You could also boil some water and blast it with a turkey baster. Covering with epoxy or kaulkwasser (sp lol) does good too.
