id of this worm please

i saw this worm today and just wondering if hes bad or not sorry for the pics these are best i could get, btw hes about 18ins long.

Could just be a bristleworm too. IMO, if you can get it out, get it an take better pictures. Let it live in the sump until you can properly ID it.
