Yep both look to be OK, both too will spread easily with good conditions too!!

I have those on my tank as well, do they need special lighting? and for how long should the lights be on?

They both can live in lower light conditions. I am gone for the day.......... Someone else may pipe in on this....... First question first would be , do you have anything other than a stock light strip now??
