I noticed this guy in there today when I was cleaning the glass. A snail bumped it and it pulled the branch looking things inside it. Its inside the rock, maybe a worm? It uses the branches to filter the water out. It slowly opens and closes them. Good or Bad???

Looks like aptasia to me, does it shrink in when you touch it?

Looks like it's some sort of hydroid.

It's not even vaguely Aiptasia, but apart from that, I have no clue.

i have that i can see about 10 of those through out my live rock...sometimes the lttle feathers are out sometimes not. one i can see fully it looks like some kind of fat little worm..the others all i see are the tails sticking out to the rocks...or heads which ever end it is. they dont seem to hurt anything...been in my tank since it has been up. Id like to know exactly what they are too.

It's probably a sesile cucumber. I have one too that's been around for a while. Cool little hitch hikers.
