It looks like a green pearl coral, like the bubble coral, but it's bubbles are smaller and mishapen. This is just a longshot since I can't see the skeleton or the coral from other angles, but that is my best guess from the POV.

i remember seeing this in my lfs. its sum sort of mushroom but i dont remember the name. but forsure its a mushroom.
