Help Please I just bought this piece at a LFS for $20. It's about 8 in x 4 in x 2 in. Need help Identifying this coral. Any and all help would be appreciated...

It does look like a form of brain, I just have never seen one with that shape. Nice find.

Maybe a Mirulina ... looks like a mirulina to me what do you thing Bang or NM?

I'm not exactly sure of the spelling..but it looks like symphyllia to me..a type of open brain.
