Definately zoos. They kind of spread on their own. You can put a piece of rubble next to them and let them grow onto it (will take a awhile). You then remove this piece of rubble to another part of the tank to spread the growth.

do zoo's need lighting? i don't know much about corals, sponges and anemones.

Zoos need lighting, but will survive even in low-moderate lighting. Most sponges actually need to stay out of the light, and anemones need very intense lighting :joy:
