ID please.

I just purchased these things off a popular online auction site... anyways, they are doing great, but I just noticed this.. (its came within a week) There is this green leaf lettuce thing starting to grow... any idea what it is? is it a coral? is it bad? should i chop it off?

Probobly just some type of algae. If you have a fuge, put it in there, unless you like it there. I've heard that algae like caulapra can sometimes spread like weeds, so you might have to trim it now and then if you leave it in there. Should be harmless other than that.
